mmmmh, almost one month passed after my last post.
What happened in the mean time? Well, I spent most of the time in Chicago with Jackie. It was molto nice, sì sì sì.
For the nerdy updates hit the jump.
* First of all, I'm glad (?) to announce you I bought a 13,3 Macbook Pro in the US. It was a pretty much a bargain, since I used Jackie's student discount.
* I already ordered a copy a Snow Leopard, for 9 euros instead of 30. Do you know about the UpToDate Apple Program? If you’ve purchased an Apple computer on or after June 8, 2009 you can upgrade to Mac OS X Snow Leopard for a cheaper price!
* A really interesting video from TED: "Dan Pink on the surprising science of motivation”. Thanks to Intense Minimalism, now I know about the Candlebox Problem and the socalled "Functional fixedness".
* Intense Minimalism's Folletto, along with some friends, created a beautiful pamphlet about their 2007 Japan trip, 5x15 in Tokyo. The printed version of 5x15 is here for sale but they make also the PDF available. It's not as beautiful but during my 2005 Japan trip I wrote a blog: orangeek goes to Japan.
